Returns & Refunds Policy
In case the product is defective or doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return by reaching out on WhatsApp or by email, and we will pick the return within 2 business days. We process a refund for accepted returns (Returns need to be in the condition in which they were delivered to you). Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Returns are only accepted within one week of the delivery date.
